1375 E 6th Street

1375 stands as the easternmost building of the Factory Place Arts Complex. Built in 1989, the building was first utilized as an industrial warehouse, but has recently been repurposed for new and exciting retail, restaurant and office. The building is also scheduled to undergo a series of upgrades to include landscaped courtyards, walking paths and updated interior and exterior facades to create additional space for the community and visitors alike.
