1308 Factory Place
The second of the first buildings purchased,1308 was originally built (as was 1300) as a stationery storage warehouse. While 1300 took on its role as a Smoke Fish Plant, the owner applied his pioneering vision, and 1308 was renovated into one of LA’s first artist loft buildings.
1308 was Factory Place’s first live/work structure. The five-story building sports bold concrete columns, a convenient freight elevator, and expansive loft spaces with original factory windows that offer occupants a welcome abundance of natural light.
